Creative House acquired the rights to purchase this property in mid-2012. The property is located in the beautiful coastal community of Point Loma, San Diego where solid corner buildings are hard to come by. At the time CH acquired the rights to the property, it was leased to San Diego Trust Bank, Charlies Bread Co. and various office tenants. The property also included two separate surface parking lots and a leasehold interest in a parking lot owned by a separate entity. It was great piece of real estate but had numerous complexities that needed to be worked out in order to unlock the underlying value in this well located asset. CH was able to begin that process and ended up selling the asset to a local investor after unlocking significant value.
